Mr Prasanta Kumar Parida is a Development Coordinator with the Biodiversity programme area at BPRAbC Jeypore and holds a Masters in Sociology. With over 21 years of experience in the field of research and development, he works on biodiversity conservation and sustainable utilisation, gender roles in conservation and development, millets and rice based farming system, bio-village programme, food based nutritional security, community institution building, and livelihood-based value-chain development.
